I love a rainy morning!

I'm the only person I know that watches the forecasts and hopes for rain. Must be the old Virginia farmer's blood in me. So this morning I am delighted to have this rain. Sure there's been some thunder to go along with it but nothing severe. We have had some torrential downpours and my hanging baskets are taking a beating (I'm going to bring them in asap). What can we expect for the rest of the day? Well, looks like we'll have a break in the rain sometime late this morning into the afternoon. By this evening we have a chance for another round of storms, some of which may be severe. Highs in the 80's. Tomorrow looks to be hot and humid. Rain chances return for the weekend.
