Chances for Storms Today

Right now we have some storms firing up to the west and southwest down around Hardinsburg and Leitchfield to the west of Elizabethtown. We can expect some storms in our area this afternoon and into the evening with the highest probability around 3 this afternoon. We are in the middle of a tropical air mass so any storms that fire up have the potential to dump a LOT of rain raising concerns for even more flash flooding. Here's a look at the current radar.
