We are in the grips of a heat wave this week with temps topping out in the mid to upper 90's by Wednesday into Thursday. Luckily, a cold front will move through the area Friday evening into Saturday and will bring with it some chances for thunderstorms and temps in the 80's. That would be a very welcomed cold front at my house. My plants need some rain!
