More of the Same

If like me you've enjoyed the interesting weather we've been experiencing here in the Bluegrass this week you are in luck. We are expecting more of the same as storm chances continue throughout the weekend and into the early part of next week. Temps will be cooler Friday through Sunday with highs in the upper 70's to low 80's. Monday the heat tries to push back in and so the pattern continues.

Today was an exciting day for parts of Anderson, Woodford, Fayette and Clark counties as multiple funnel clouds were sighted in the early afternoon hours. The storm seemed to come out of nowhere and intensified very rapidly into a Tornado Warning. I happen to work in Lexington and was able to capture some pictures and video you can see below.
